Speak to the Coalition Captain In To Turn The Tide Quest
Pick up the To Turn the Tide Side Quest from the coffee house host in Wisdom’s Edge. Your first objective is to find and speak to the Coalition captain.
From the coffee house, turn left and follow the street out of town. After you pass by the white and orange pillars, turn right. The path forks after a few seconds, so you’ll want to take the left path. This leads you to a small encampment. Captain Silas is right on the other side of the tent.
Reach the Weapon Depot
The captain informs you that the Dead have swarmed the weapon depot. Nor agrees to meet them there to try and get rid of the dead. From the captain’s location, go around the rock wall in front of him and follow the path. Head towards the white and orange pillar in the distance. When you reach it, take the path on the left. After this, the dead will start to swarm you. You can run past them and keep heading uphill.
The weapon depot is at the very top of the hill, where all the ruined buildings are. Your new objective is to defeat the dead. When they’re all destroyed, talk to the woman in the red shirt, Mira. She and Nor agree to split the weapons evenly between the Coalition and the people.
You are rewarded for completing the quest with a level 3 rare helmet called the Dragoon’s Helmet.
