After completing Substory 5 – A World Without Violence. Run around the East side of the Bazaar and someone should run into you claiming that their boss is in danger.
Upon arriving at the scene it seems the pacifist leader has been attacked and thus it will lead to a battle, straight forward substory. It ends after the fight.
