After completing Substory 16 – Rebuilding a Home. Head for the Junkyard Back Alley where you will discover Bat, apparently he is searching for something. After a quick talk with him Lin appears but Bat unintentionally manages to upset her and thus she runs off.
Your next task is to head for Lin’s Store only to realise no one is there tending the store and thus we have to look elsewhere for Lin. She can be found a little to the West of Lin’s Store. It seems both Bat and Lin have encounter some unwanted attention. Substory ends after the fight.
