Once you enter your Hideout during Chapter 10 Bat will come and initiate a conversation regarding Yuria appearing at the Cursed Village.
From here head to the Barracks and talk to the Guards here to find out more regarding the issue. From here head for the Cursed Village, where you will meet up with Airi. It appears both Airi along with her brother Rei also heard about the rumour and they too wanted to investigate.
Soon the Yuria woman turns up and to no real surprise it isn’t really her at all instead it is just someone who looks a lot like her. Eventually there will be a fight and the quest will end.
