After completing substory 15 – Lin’s New Job. Get Lin’s meter to the end of rank 1 and just before it hits rank 2, this substory will unlock. You will be given an order in which you will need to complete in under 15 minutes. The items she wants are; x2 Bland Jerky, x1 Watered Whiskey, x2 Rock and x1 Wire.
The Bland Jerky you can get from the Bazaar and the guy who sells Healing items, the Watered Whiskey comes from the Seed Shop and you should easily find the Rock and Wire out in the Wasteland. After handing the items over to Lin, the substory will end.
