At the backstreet of the Junk District. You will stumble across an old man standing next to a store. Apparently someone is going around beating up anyone that wears Shoulder Pads. This man is concerned about this issue as he crafts and sells Shoulder Pads.
Kenshiro steps in to help. The old man comes up with several ideas that will hopefully lure this Shoulder Pad bully into appearing and hopefully get caught in the act. In the end it turns out that the Pads sell for quite a bit and this is why the thug is going around beating people up. Teach him a lesson!
