As expected with any typical RPG game these days, Genshin Impact also comes with a ton of optional side quests that you can try and complete.
One of these side quests is And This Treasure Goes To.. which is available whilst exploring Lingju Pass
It will involve searching a camp and rescuing a scholar
- LOCATION: Lingju Pass
- TYPE: World Quest
- QUEST GIVER: N/A
- PREREQUISITE:

WALKTHROUGH:
- You can start this quest when you arrive at Lingju Pass, here you will now need to investigate the strange camp, of which there will be 3 things that you will need to inspect. These will include a note, campfire, and the “Neatly-Written Diary”
- You will now need to search for a missing scholar, you can start your search by inspecting the ruins on the opposite side of the map
- You will be looking for a shiny spot on the ground
- After inspecting the shiny spot you will now want to keep on following the ruins up. Climbing the various different ladders and such and then the actual mountain wall
- Jump or glide past the waterfall and keep heading on up to the very top of the mountainside
- You should then reach an area with several enemies and a small cage
- Deal with the enemies (one of which should drop a key)
- Then use this key on the cage in order to unlock and free Alrani
- With the scholar now saved we can go and collect the treasure
- The treasure can be found next to the Golden Tree in the middle of the water, head there
- Inspect the ground by this tree for a mining spot, this will result in the chest appearing and the quest ending
