In this guide, we’re covering Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Cloud Atlas Puzzle. This puzzle is located in the weather station in Gizeh. To solve it, you have to match weather reports with cloud classifications. By matching these, you’ll discover the code to the safe. Read on to learn how to solve the Cloud Atlas puzzle.
Cloud Atlas Puzzle Location
The Cloud Atlas puzzle is located in the weather station to the west of the Great Sphinx, near the middle of your map. The weather station is a tin building with a rounded roof at the top of a hill.
Solving the Puzzle
Once inside the weather station, pick the two two notes on the table straight ahead. One note is a Cloud Status Logbook that has a list of times and types of clouds. The other note is a Cloud Atlas Page, which has a list of clouds and photos of them. Go to your journal to switch back and forth between the two notes to figure out the code for the chest.
There are four times listed on the bottom of the Cloud Status Logbook:
- 13.10
- 09.10
- 16.10
- 14.10
If you look back at the Cloud Status Logbook, you’ll see that all of these times have a specific cloud associated with them. The 16.10 is missing, but since the numbers are in order, it’s safe to say the final smudged one is 16.10.
Here are the clouds associated with the time:
- Cirrus
- Stratus
- Cirrus
- Cumulonimbus
Your next step is to find the number on the Cloud Atlas Page matching these cloud types. The correct numbers are 0609. This is the code to the safe by the door.
