From the last chest head left and out of the Marsh. Climb the wall up. Continue to follow the path onwards until you can climb another wall on the right. The chest is up here

From the last chest drop back down. Follow the path past the save point. When you first arrive at the ‘Wetlands’ instead of heading right, head left. The chest lies at the end of this path.

On a return trip, select the ‘Wildflower Clearing’. From there head back to the Campsite (opposite way to the bed of flowers). At the end of the path, head right and Goofy will comment on it being a good place to go diving. Ignore him for now but keep that comment in mind.
Instead continue onwards down a small ledge and run up the nearest wall. You should now be in a small cave. If you climb up another wall here to the top then drop back down. Quickly turn around and run up the wall behind you, back at the cave but do not go too deep.
The chest lies on a small ledge if you look down.

Head back to the rock in which Goofy mentioned swan diving. Now if you look to the left of the platform you should be on you will see a circled area, if you are revisiting this place you will realise that is the area in which you fought a Chaos Carriage. Now if you look to the right you will see a platform you can jump to. The chest is on top of that. In order to reach that platform you will need to cast Aero and use that to jump to the platform, it may take a few attempts but you should be able to pull it off
