How to Unlock the Unsavory Delicacies Trophy in Little Nightmares 3

The achievement description “Rotting from the inside, delicious on the outside” doesn’t give any hints on how to unlock this trophy. Luckily, the process is not complicated at all. Complete Little Nightmares 3 Chapter 1 and continue playing into Chapter 2, Candy Factory until you reach the section where the old lady chases you. At one point, you will reach a hallway with piles of candies. This is actually the trash disposal area. Also the spot to unlock the achievement.

How to Feed Candies to the Bugs in Little Nightmares 3

Notice all those candies lying around. You can actually pick them up and throw them. Notice the vent entrance on the right. We actually need to go through here. However, there are bugs, well rats, on the other side

Our main objective and goal is to proceed through this small gap in the wall. Proceeding into the dark room with the swarm of rats waiting for us. Our task is then to use a light source to proceed on past them. Similar to how you venture through rat infestations in A Plague Tale

However, before doing all of that we have a trophy achievement to unlock. So just head to the rat infestation to notice all of the piles of candy, which not only supplies us with a lift up into the hole in the wall. But we can also pick up and throw bits of the candy around. Also, no you cannot eat it.

The first step towards unlocking the achievement is throwing three pieces of candy through the vent. Make sure its actually candy as some stuff here won’t actually work. There should be lollipop type candies that should work instead.

Pick up three lollipops and throw them in the vent. It might take a couple of tries until you manage to hurl three sweets through the narrow vent entrance. If one piece gets stuck, grab another and toss it in the vent. After you throw enough candies, enter the vent and reach the room on the other side. You will see the candies on the floor. Interact with the fuse and notice the bugs on the right side of the room. They look like they could use a snack.

Grab a candy and simply throw it at the bugs. Repeat this three times and you will unlock the achievement.
