Complete Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 and start Chapter 3, Carnevale. Play until the man with the hand puppet captures you. Before unlocking the trophy, you must free yourself first.

How to Feed the Boy in the Cage Under the Table

Hide and wait until the rope breaks and the Nome leaves the room. The man with the hand puppet will go after the Nome. This is your chance to free your partner. 

Notice the ladder on the left. Climb the ladder and jump on the cage. Jump up and down a few times and the cage will come crashing down on the floor. Now that you are both free, you can leave the room through the door on the right. Keep going right, past the toilet, and enter the kitchen. 

Notice the sausages in the oven. On the left, behind the kitchen door, there is one sausage on the floor you can pick up. Grab it and go in the next room to the right. There’s a cage under the table and someone is trapped inside.

To progress, you need to drag the cage to reveal the loose plank. But first, you can show kindness to the prisoner. You cannot free him, but you can feed him. Take the sausage near the cage and the boy will start eating. The trophy will unlock and you can continue the journey.
