Phyre has access to active and passive methods to recover HP. The game offers four ways to restore lost health:

• Drinking elixirs.
• Feeding on prey.
• Killing enemies.
• Sleeping.

Mending Elixirs

These are HP potions that instantly restore a part of your lost health. You can use them during combat, so make sure to always have some available. Mending Elixirs are found in various places. For example, you can pick one up from the bench in front of the piano in the early game, during the “Get to the roof” objective. 

Feeding on Prey

Drinking blood is the vampire way to keep Phyre alive. This is the best healing method and also how you get Blood Resonance. You need to weaken your target by engaging them in combat first or you can sneak up and catch them unprepared.

Passive Ways to Get HP in VTMB2

Killing Enemies

Each time you kill an enemy without using stealth, you get a bit of HP health back. This is an automatic effect. You don’t have to use any abilities. Simply confront an enemy head on and you get some HP after finishing them.

Sleeping in Your Bed

Each time you sleep in your bed, you wake up fully healed. Keep in mind that going to bed ends your adventure for the night. This is not the best healing method, but it’s a sure way to get all of your HP health back.
