You will come across the VTMB2 Fingerless Hand puzzle while exploring Glacier Hotel’s basement to find the source of the Unbirthed for The Pathways of Hesperides main quest. After passing through the dragon door, you will discover some sort of a shrine with a fingerless hand. In order to move forward, you must solve the puzzle of the fingerless hand. The solution is finding the four fingers. Fabien will eventually give you this hint, but you need to locate the items on your own.

How to Find the Four Fingers and Complete the VTMB2 Fingerless Hand Puzzle

Remember that you must use Heightened Senses to find the four fingers. They are quite hard to spot so readjust the angle and distance from which you are looking. When you see the finger, grab it with telekinesis. You can visit these locations in any order you like.

First Finger Location

Facing the hand shrine, turn left. Go towards the symbol and notice the finger.

Second Finger Location

Go to the right of the first finger location and enter the room with the broken staircase. Stand in the middle of the room and look towards the entrance to notice the symbol. That’s where you have to look for the finger.

Third Finger Location

Go to the left of the hand and make another left before the location of the first finger. Use your vampiric senses to see the symbol and grab the third finger.
