Little Nightmares 3 Ghosts – Unlocking The Institutionalized Trophy

Little Nightmares 3 Ghosts are collectible items. Finding all six of them unlocks the Institutionalized trophy/achievement.

Where to Find All Six Little Nightmares 3 Ghosts

You will find all six ghosts in Chapter 4, The Institute. They are pretty hard to spot. Look for a white shadow and use the lantern to see them.

Institutionalized Trophy – Ghost Locations

Ghost 1

You can find the first Ghost at the beginning of Chapter 4. Go in the direction of the building and move towards the screen, just before the entrance, to discover a staircase. Move past it and look for the ghost in front of the wall.

Ghost 2

Enter the building and reach the part where you have to cross a gap with a plant on the left. After you get to the other side, move right instead of taking the stairs to the left. Search for the ghost in the corner to the right.

Ghost 3

You will find the third Ghost after using the gong. Follow the newly opened path to the left and use the lantern on the bench to notice the Ghost sitting near the luggage.

Ghost 4

Complete the hand chase scene and reach the new area. Move left, pass through the mushroom area, jump on the stack of papers, and reach the staircase. Use the lantern in the left corner and you will see the Ghost sitting on the floor.

Ghost 5

Complete the second hand chase scene and use the lever to open the door. Instead of leaving the room, check the back right corner and find the Ghost sitting on a bench.

Ghost 6

Take the elevator and reach the basement. Cross the plank, go left, unlock the door, and enter the room. The Ghost is on the floor in front of the bed.
