Hades 2 Born to Win is a prophecy that requires Melinoe to complete a task for the Primordial Originator, Chaos. Fulfilling this prophecy unlocks the Born to Win achievement.

Hades 2 Born to Win Prophecy and Achievement Guide
The prophecy does not appear on the Fated List from the start. You must improve your relationship with Chaos, obtain their keepsake, and then do a full run to complete the prophecy and obtain the achievement.
How to Obtain the Transcendent Embryo
The Transcendent Embryo is Chaos’ keepsake. You obtain it by gifting Nectar to Chaos. Nectar is a Hades 2 resource that improves Melinoe’s relationship with other characters. It’s a precious material you can acquire in various ways. Nectar is earned as a reward, bought from shops, or obtained from Incantations. Melinoe can buy Nectar from the Wretched Broker and Charon’s Shop. You may obtain it as a gift from Odysseus. The Kinship Fortune and Sweet Nectar Incantations give Nectar as well. As soon as you have one Nectar, give it to Chaos and you will receive the Transcendent Embryo keepsake, a key item in unlocking the prophecy.
How to Unlock and Complete the Hades 2 Born To Win Prophecy
Max out your relationship with Chaos and equip the Transcendent Embryo keepsake. Talk to Chaos and exhaust the dialogue. They will notice you are wearing their keepsake and task you with a mission.
It might take a couple of interactions until you unlock this dialogue line. Keep talking to them until you get it. Visit the Crossroads and notice that the Born to Win prophecy has appeared on the Fated List.
To complete the prophecy, you need to do a full run with the Transcendent Embryo equipped. Talk to Chaos once again to fulfill the prophecy and unlock the achievement.
