Hades 2 Voice and Vanity is a prophecy that requires Melinoe to aid Narcissus and Echo. Fulfilling this prophecy unlocks the Voice and Vanity achievement.

Hades 2 Voice and Vanity Prophecy and Achievement Guide
Narcissus and Echo have a complicated relationship. To get to the bottom of this mystery, Melinoe must improve her relationship with the pair and unlock the prophecy.
How to Unlock the Voice and Vanity Prophecy in Hades 2
You will find Narcissus in Oceanus and Echo in the Mourning Fields. Visit the NPCs and interact with them on each occasion. Make sure to give them Nectar and don’t forget to stop and talk to them on your way to Chronos. At one point, Melinoe will casually drop their names into the conversation. It’s clear that the two have some history. Melinoe becomes a messenger, relaying the replies of Narcissus and Echo to each other.
Keep talking to both of them until Melioe notices there’s something wrong with the water in Narcissus’ pool. Talk to Echo once more and return to Narcissus. Interact with him until Melinoe offers to clean the pool and Narcissus agrees to visit Echo in the Mourning Fields.
The next time you visit the Mourning Fields, Narcissus will be next to Echo. Interact with them and witness their conversation. On your next interaction with Echo, notice that her name changed from Dispirited Nymph to Spirited Nymph. Go and speak with Narcissus and explain to him that he must sort things out with Echo. Go to the Mourning Fields and discover that Narcissus took your advice. Witness their conversation and talk to Narcissus again. The water is still dirty, however, a new Incantation will be available the next time Melinoe returns to the Crossroads.
How to Clean Narcissus’ Pool and Unlock the Voice and Vanity Achievement
Go to the Crossroads and notice the Purification of Crystal Clarity Incantation at the Cauldron. Collect Cattail Seeds from Oceanus. Mandrake Seeds can be found in the Rift of Thessaly. Defeat Cerberus to obtain Tears. Perform the Incantation and return to Narcissus.
Talk to him to fulfill the Voice and Vanity prophecy and unlock the achievement. However, Narcissus and Echo’s story is not over yet. Deliver Narcissus’ message to Echo and notice her mood change once again.
