Lore-ified is an achievement in Gangs of Sherwood that requires you to find all the gang’s mementos. In total, there are nine different mementos to find, and while it might seem like one of the easier achievements to unlock, it’s actually pretty tough if you don’t know where to look. In this guide, we will break down how to find every memento step by step, so you can unlock Lore-ified with ease and work toward 100% game completion.

Find All The Gang’s Mementos
The only requirement to complete Lore-ified is to find all the Gang’s Mementos. As previously mentioned, there are nine dotted throughout the map. However, the catch is that you need to use different characters to unlock different mementos. Because certain ones are hidden behind large walls that need breaking down by a heavy character like Friar Tuck. Whereas other locations can only be accessed by someone smaller such as Robin.
A memento is essentially a little keepsake, and each character has a few lying about the map. These aren’t attached to the main story in any way. But they are nice little easter eggs that tie in elements of the traditional Robin Hood Story.
Once you find all the gang’s mementos, you will unlock Lore-ified and earn 30 points as a reward. This achievement is required if you want to 100 %/platinum complete Gangs of Sherwood. However, at the time of writing, just 1% of players have unlocked this achievement.

How to Complete Lore-ified
Here is a list of all the memento locations needed to complete Lore-ified, grouped by act.
Lore-ified Locations in Act One
- Embarrassing Hood. Found during the ‘Evacuate Locksley’ quest. After defeating the wave of enemies, you should see a staircase to the right. Walk up the stairs and you will find the memento. You need to use Robin or Marian for this memento.
- Nottingham Signet Ring. Likewise, the Nottingham Signet Ring requires you to use Robin or Marian. You can find it during the the ‘Clearing Out the Hideout’ quest, inside the cave, around 40 meters from the waypoint.
- Lionheart Crusesafe Standard. You can find the final memento for Lore-ified in Act One during the ‘Wrecking Crew’ quest. Simply push the payload, and it will reveal a path leading to the memento. Make sure you’re playing as John or Friar Tuck.
Locations in Act Two
- Benjamin Headlamp Helmet. You’ll find this memento during the “Find a way to the castle” quest. Playing as Friar or John, simply lift the broken pillar near the castle and you’ll be able to find the Helmet. It’s one of the easiest mementos to find for Lore-ified.
- Locksley Wooden Sword. Found during mission two, just next to the gate opening. You’ll need to be playing as Marian or Robin.
- Medal of Honor. Found during the “proceed through the Keep” mission. It’s located in the library and requires you to play as John or Friar Tuck.
Lore-ified Locations in Act Three
- Tuck’s Prayer Book. Play as Tuck to grab this memento in the first mission of Act Three. During the mission, you will see a building marked with the letter ‘A’. The memento is in that building.
- Lucky Coin. Found up the ladder in the main corridor during the “Ascend to the Upper Borough” quest. Make sure to play as Robin or Marian.
- Marian Mask. Finally, to complete Lore-ified, pick up Marian’s Mask in the third mission of Act Three. The mask is on the upper floor of the main battle area.
Tips for Completing Lore-ified
While the process for completing Lore-ified is pretty simple, there are a few pitfalls that are easy to fall into. As such, here are a few tips that should make this achievement a bit easier to complete:
- Take Things Slow- Gangs of Sherwood rewards players who take their time to explore every nook and cranny of the map. And this is only more true when you’re looking for those mementos. So instead of trying to speed-run the game, take your time to explore those areas off the beaten path. Not only will it make completing Lore-ified easier. But you will also find excellent loot.
- Take the Right Character- The last thing you want to do is travel all the way to a memento sight, only to find out you’ve taken the wrong character for the job! Instead, make sure to plan your route carefully, by taking the right character type for the job. You could even consider doing all the heavy-character mementos first, and then switch to Marian or Little John.
