Luto Telephone Puzzle Guide: Phone Number Solution

You’re playing as someone who can’t seem to get out of their home, and by Chapter 2 of Luto, you will have to dial a phone in order to get out. But you’re only given three numbers and a clue. Here’s how to solve the Chapter 2 Telephone Puzzle Guide in Luto.

What’s the correct telephone number in Luto?

In Chapter 2 of the game, you’ll need to head down the trapdoor and explore. Once you’re stuck down there, the only way out is by calling the correct telephone number.

Next to the telephone is a board that reads ‘555-FADB.’ While you can input the first three digits, you’ll need to figure out the last four using the letters F-A-D-B and the sketchbook.

Near the entrance, you’ll find a sketchbook. Keep it, as this has the ccclue to solving the puzzle.
Inside, you’ll come across these symbols among the pages.

A – The Big Lie

B – The Drowned Hour

C – The Blue Room

D – The Hidden Ghost

E – The Impossible Staircase

F – The Reflection

From the location of the sketchbook, or the table, turn right and look at the mirror. Its reflection will reveal the number 1.

A – The Big Lie

Meanwhile, in order to solve the Big Lie, you must find the White Door located near the door with the blue glow and the bathroom. There is a peephole where you can peek. Do it, and you’ll see a monkey next to the number 1. Now, you might think this is the answer, but it’s not. A says ‘The Big Lie,’ which means that if you type 1, you’ll get the wrong answer.

In order to solve the Big Lie, you must first open the White Door. Unfortunately, the White Door has its own puzzle that you must solve before it opens. The door has seven clock symbols surrounding it. To solve this, find all seven hidden clocks. Here’s a guide if you want to know every hidden clock location in Luto.

After solving it, open the room, and on the walls, you’ll see ‘A lie multiplies 7 times.’ This only goes to show that the correct answer is 7.

D – The Hidden Ghost – More Clues To The Telephone Number

Just as in the photo, you’ll find a room with cloaked figures. This room is located right across the entrance, near the table. However, compared to the photo, the room only has three figures instead of four. The one missing from the photo is the ‘Hidden Ghost.’ According to the image, the ghost in question is number 2.

B – The Drowned Hour

Finally, the Drowned Hour refers to a clock that’s submerged in water, specifically in the bathtub. Go to the bathroom and look at the bathtub to your right. Tap the clock, and the time it stops at reveals the answer. It stops at 5.
