Once you arrive on the Planet ‘Illium’ and after speaking with Careena you will learn about an individual known as Liara T’Soni.
After a bit more exploring and banter, you will then need to start hacking various systems and terminals (of which there are 3 in total).
Thankfully these terminals are all located rather close to each other (South and near the Taxi stand), however hacking them can be somewhat confusing and thus hopefully the video below will help with that.
