In this Metaphor ReFantazio How to Unlock All Followers guide, we’re covering all 14 followers. Most of them are unlocked through story progression, making them difficult to miss so long as you explore and talk to those with request icons. However, in some instances, you’ll need to have your virtues or Imagination at a certain level. Read on to learn where each follower is located and how to unlock them.
Gallica – Mage Archetype Follower
Gallica is a fairy with the Mage Archetype. She’s the very first follower you acquire at the start of the game. Just play through the beginning and she’ll join you.
Strohil – Warrior Archetype Follower In Metaphor ReFantazio
Strohil is a Warrior Archetype that you meet early on. He also joins you during this time, so there’s no need to do much else. To level him up, you do have to do his quest, dealing with refugees in his village. Make sure to level up your Imagination since some sections of his quest require it.
How To Unlock Follower Hulkenberg In Metaphor ReFantazio
Hulkenberg is a Knight Archetype that joins you during a quest in Grand Trad, but only after you agree to train with her. To level her up, complete her side quest where you face off against her old rivals.
Heismay – The Thief Archetype Follower
Heismay is a Thief Archetype that you encounter during the Martira chapter of the main story. He’ll join your party then. However, if you want to level him up, you have to help him find a resting place for his son’s ashes.
How To Unlock Follower Junah In Metaphor ReFantazio
Junah is a Dancer Archetype that you encounter during the Brilehaven chapter and she’ll join you then. However, she only joins your party and doesn’t join you as a follower. To unlock her as a follower, talk to her on Virga Island and do her quest there.
Eupha – Summoner Archetype
Eupha is a Summoner Archetype that you meet on Virga Island. You have to rescue her from the Dragon Temple and then complete her request before she becomes a follower.
Neuras – Gunner Archetype
Neuras is a Gunner Archetype that will join you at the start of Tournament for the Throne, but he doesn’t become a follower until you reach Komero Village.
Maria – The Healer
Also included as one of the fourteen (14) followers in Metaphor ReFantazio is Maria. The Healer Archetype who joins you during the story. Talk to her in Grand Trad every once in a while to level her up.
Brawler Catherina
Catherina is a Brawler Archetype that you meet early on but encounter again during the tournament. To unlock her as a follower, you must first defeat her.
Alonzo The Faker – Requires Level 2 Imagination
Alonzo is a Faker Archetype that you meet in Martira, however, you need Level 2 Imagination. Give him information on the tournament and he becomes your follower. Do his side quest to level him up.
Follower Bardon
Bardon is a Commander Archetype who becomes your follower after the Martira main quest. He must first become the leader of the city.
Brigitta The Merchant
Brigitta is a Merchant Archetype that you meet early, but you have to improve your virtues to gain her as a follower. She’s normally at her store on Sunlumeo Street. Do her companion quest to level her up.
Seeker More
More is a Seeker Archetype that you meet in Akademia who becomes a follower early on as you awaken your Seeker Archetype. To level him up, make sure to do his quest just like the others.
Basilio The Berserker
Basilio is a Berserker Archetype that you encounter multiple times throughout the story, however, he doesn’t join you until you reach Montario later in the game. He is the last follower that you acquire.
