The Golden Gleam is a trophy achievement which requires you to capture a golden type of monkey creature, these creatures tend to reside in the Hot Spring.
These creatures are also quite rare to find and thus could take some time to spot and capture. However, below is a guide on how to capture it.
GOLDEN GLEAM – Goldspring Macaque
LOCATION: Hoarfrost Reach. Area #2
TIME CAPTURED: Anytime
HOW LONG UNTIL I MANAGED TO FIND IT: Around 1 Hour

In order to capture it, what I did was travel to the Reach head for the Spring at area #2. Here it usually appears on a rock and stands out more than the others due to its shining golden fur.
I also recommend to bring your Ghillie Mantle and keep your pet Palico back at the Camp, so it wont scare off the animals. It may take some time, thus keep travelling to another area and back until it spawns
