The side job Show Some Culture Jack in Mouse PI For Hire takes place during the Gumshoe in the Opera quest. After you have activated this quest, you need to go talk to Tammy Tumbler to be able to activate the side job alongside the main job. This is a pretty straightforward side quest where all you have to do is take a picture.

How to Complete Show Some Culture Jack in Mouse PI For Hire
First stop is to head to Tammy Tumbler. She can be found directly beside the P.I. office during the Gumshoe in the Opera mission. Go up and talk to her. Tammy is going to task you with taking a picture in the opera. Is it the best time to take a picture? Probably not, but taking a picture for Tammy will get you reward so it’s worth it.
Head to the opera house and complete the Gumshoe in the Opera mission. This is going to involve a boss fight, so be prepared to fight a boss during this mission. Once the boss fight is done, the place is going to be on fire. This is your chance to take a picture.
When you come to a door on the left, head inside. It will take you to one of the balconies in the opera house which is where you need to be. Jump onto the edge and take the prompted picture. While it might not be the picture Tammy was hoping for, it’s the only picture she is going to get.
Take the picture and return to her where she is waiting. She’ll give you 100 coins for taking the picture of the flaming opera house. Getting 100 coins for your time and effort is better than nothing!
