New Pokemon Snap has many different requests known as LenTalk Requests, this particular request sees you taking photos of Starmie
The requirement for this specific photo is to get a photo of Starmie colour changing
- POKEMON: Starmie
- REQUIREMENT: Take a photo of Starmie colour changing
- LOCATION: Lental Seafloor
- QUEST GIVER: Professor Mirror

- DESCRIPTION: During our undersea research, I noticed something glowing in all seven colors of the rainbow. Do you have any idea what that could be?
- REQUIREMENT: Research Level 3
- WALKTHROUGH:
- Take the alternative route into the undersea ruins
- In the ruins you should see Starmie sitting in the ground, hit it with an Illumina Orb
- Then to the left side of the course there should be a Crystabloom, hit this twice with an Illumina Orb. However, wait until Starmie appears next to it first or at least get the second shot in when it appears next to it if not both shots
- Starmie will enjoy the Crystabloom light and decide to change colours
- Take a photo of Starmie colour changing
