New Pokemon Snap : Seafloor Roar (Lugia) Request Guide
New Pokemon Snap has many different requests known as LenTalk Requests, this particular request sees you taking photos of Lugia
The requirement for this specific photo is to get a photo of Lugia letting out a roar
- POKEMON: Lugia
- REQUIREMENT: Take a photo of Lugia roaring in the water
- LOCATION: Lental Seafloor
- QUEST GIVER: Todd
- REWARDS: Todd – Surprised (Profile Icon)
- DESCRIPTION: This photo of Phil’s definitely makes a strong impression, but I think the timing could be better.
- REQUIREMENT: Research Level 3
- WALKTHROUGH:
- Take the alternative route into the underwater ruins here you will also see Lanturn
- Once you see the Lanturn be sure to throw an Illumina Orb at it, this will cause it to get chased by a Sharpedo
- Keep swimming down to see a bunch of Frillish and a Wailord
- Once the Wailord passes the Lanturn will end up being caught by the Frillish
- Chuck an Illumina Orb at Lanturn so that it can escape the Frillish
- Turn around and you should once again notice Lanturn, it will now take you to the alternative route into Lugia’s Lair
- You can also complete the A Light In The Depths request doing this too
- Keep following Lanturn..
- Now in this new location you should notice the Lugia a little to the North East
- Throw an Illumina Orb at the Crystabloom next to the Lugia and also throw another Orb at the Crystabloom on the ledge above Lugia. Doing this will wake Lugia up from it’s slumber.
- With Lugia now awake you will want to throw Fluffruit at it and keep doing so until it leaves the area
- Now continue on to the North East until you reach an area with Lanturn on the left and Golisopod on the right. It is here where you will encounter Lugia once again
- As before continue to throw Fluffruit at Lugia
- Now once it swims by this time Lugia should perform a twist in the water, if it does not then you will need to retry the request again. Also, if it didn’t work try to only hit Lugia with 2 Fluffruit only
- If it does twist in the water then good we can continue. Keep watching Lugia swim but don’t throw any more apples at it any more. Instead just keep watching
- Lugia will then swim in a complete circle before stopping and letting out a loud roar
- Take a photo of Lugia roaring
