The The Creaky Waterwheel is one of the many different side quests that you can find and complete within NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 Remake 2021

There is a total of 70 different side quests in total and they can be found in various different regions as well as sections of the game.

SIDE QUEST: The Creaky Waterwheel
REGION: Village
STORY SECTION: Second Section
CLIENT: Villager
REWARDS: 10000 Gold
REQUIREMENTS: Received Emil’s letter from Popola
WALKTHROUGH:
In order to start this one you will need to of received Emil’s letter from Popola. Then go ahead and speak to the villager next to the Item Shopkeeper
You will now find out that their waterwheel is slowly at the end of its life-cycle and thus we need to fix it!
Lets take Grimoire Weiss’s advice and head to the Strange-thing Store over in Facade
Unfortunately the store is completely sold out of axles and paddle boards but they could make them for us, providing we can supply the iron ore and logs. We now need to get x10 of each
IRON ORE – You can purchase these off Gideon at the Junk Heap store for 1,000G
LOGS – You can find these at the Material Store back at the Village for 500G
With the materials return back to the Strange-thing Store
Report back to the client in order to end the quest
