Outriders : All 15 Loot Chest Locations (First City) Guide

Loot Chests are practically Treasure Chests and they come in plentiful within the world of Outriders, often just sitting there in the oh so familiar blue waiting for players to unlock their spoils.

Many of them contain either new weapons or armor all of which can either be sold or go towards improving your abilities within battle.

For the purpose of this guide we will be covering the locations of the Loot Chests that can be found within First City, here there is a total of 15 different chests to be found and plundered.

#1 – OUTSKIRTS

• LOOT CHESTS FOUND: 2
• INFO: 
• After taking care of the first wave of enemies, do NOT cross the bridge just yet. Instead, head through the small white building to the left of the bridge and then follow the path to the first chest. You can also find a Harvest point here too
• Proceed to cross the bridge now, then head into the far building on the left. Here there should be a set of stairs, climb them. The next chest can be found up here

#2 – ANOMALY HILLTOP

• INFO: 
• In the electric anomaly area search for the cracked wall and from there head right to a platform area, the chest is up here.

#3 – POWER PLANT

• LOOT CHESTS FOUND: 1
• INFO: This area unlocks the Historian Inspiration – Collector Quest. Near the end of the quest and just sitting by the quest teleport marker you should notice this chest, difficult to miss really.

#4 – FOOTBRIDGE

• INFO: 
• You can find this next one after passing through the water and taking the first building left.

#5 – RADIO TOWER

• INFO: 
• Just before heading to the next wave of enemies, head into the building on the left. Then head on up the slope to the second floor. The chest is hiding on the balcony of the building
• Okay, deal with the next wave of enemies. After doing so, you will find this chest sitting next to the Tram

#6 – HANGMAN’S TREE

• INFO: 
• From the Hangman’s Tree head right and follow the path around to the chest.

#7 – CONTAINER PLAZA

•

• LOOT CHESTS FOUND: 1
• INFO: 
• After dealing with the small creature type enemies and BEFORE smashing through the barricade. Head down the stairs from said barricade and keep following the path to the next chest

#8 – MAIN STREET

•

• LOOT CHESTS FOUND: 2
• INFO: 
• Before crossing the bridge, head through the blood by the stairs leading to a high tower platform.
• The next one can be located up the small hill and across and up the stairs

#9 – CITY CENTER

•

• INFO: 
• As soon as you enter the area with all of the transport vehicles you should easily notice this next chest, unmissable really. It is just before entering Sector C

#10 – OLD MAN’S HUT

•

• LOOT CHESTS FOUND: 1
• INFO: 
• This area will only unlock after your first trip through the entire area, so continue the story until you get a Quests Unlocked popup. From there, continue the quest for the Old Man until you are about finished with it. Going from the area in which you entered from head left, drop down to the path below and to where the next chest is hidden

#11 – BOGLANDS

• Again just like with the Old Man’s Hut you will have to continue the story in order to unlock the quest which takes you to this very location. From there, just before you smash through the barricade head into the building on the left to find this next one
• When you come to the large red and white building (Cryolab), head in the opposite direction to the Cryolab in order to find this last chest.
