There are many different areas and locations where you can find those much needed Treasure items, one of which is the Great Sea.
The Great Sea actually consists of a total of 12 Treasure collectibles for you to find and reap the rewards!
Below is a guide on how to find all 12 Treasures
#1 TREASURE – ORIGAMI WORKBENCH
For this one you will need to look for a bright patch on the sea and the large ship in the distance. When you get to the area (shown in the image above) then you can dive under the water.Under the water you will need to look for a small rock (as seen in the image above). Once you have found the rock you will then need to use the arms of the submarine in order to smash the said rock.After that the Treasure Chest should then appear. You will then need to once again use the submarine’s arms in order to successfully pull the Treasure Chest out of the sand
#2 TREASURE – PAPER MACHO GOOPER BLOOPER
Head to the area (in the above pictures), you should find the arch structure here and once you do head under the waterUnder the water you should be able to spot the next Treasure Chest being held by a group of Ghosts (as seen in the image above) Now they may not appear straight away, you will just have to look around until they do indeed appear.Now try and time the arms of the submarine so that you manage to grab the chest (as seen in the image above).After successfully grabbing onto the chest, you will then need to pull the chest out of the clutches of the Ghost (as seen in the image above).
#3 TREASURE – HEALING HEARTS
Head to the area in the map (above image) and head South West a little bit (as seen in the second image above).
One you are in the area where the above images show, you can head under the waterThis time the Treasure Chest will just be sitting there out in the open, waiting for you to come and take it. This one thankfully is quite straightforward.
#4 TREASURE – TRAINING MANNEQUIN
Head to the location in the above images, then head under the waterJust like with the last one, this next chest is also just sat there waiting for you. It however, maybe accompanied by a school of fish too
#5 TREASURE – DJ BOOTH
Again head to the area in the above pictures and then dive under the waterhis next chest isn’t choosing to hide neither, however it will be sat next to a smash-able rock.
#6 TREASURE – SPADE ISLAND BARREL
Again head to the area in the above pictures and then dive under the waterOnce again the Ghosts have our chest, thieves. By now you should know how to take the chest from the Ghosts. If not refer to #2 TREASURE
#7 TREASURE – CANNED HEART
Again head to the area in the above pictures and then dive under the waterFor this one you are actually not looking for a typical Treasure Chest, as you can see from the images above it is not actually a Treasure Chest at all.In order to open it you will need to travel to Autumn Mountain
#8 TREASURE – PAPER MACHO STONE SPIKE
Again head to the area in the above pictures and then dive under the waterOnce again the Ghosts have our chest, thieves. By now you should know how to take the chest from the Ghosts. If not refer to #2 TREASURE
#9 TREASURE – KING SHROOMSES’S COFFIN
Again head to the area in the above pictures and then dive under the waterThis next one will also be next to some Fish, just laying in wait.
#10 TREASURE – PAPER MACHO MUMMY GOOMBA
Again head to the area in the above pictures and then dive under the waterThis one can be found sitting on top of the structure here
#11 TREASURE – BIG SHELL
Again head to the area in the above pictures and then dive under the waterFor this one you are looking for something that looks like a Pie, what? it does.. just look at it!Turns out it was a shell, I still want to eat it..
#12 TREASURE – SHANGRI-SPA TOAD STATUE
For this one you will need to find ALL of the Toad Statues in the Great Sea area. I believe there is a total of 5 which are Heart, Club, Spade, Diamond. You will also find a Toad Statue at Scuffle island, by winning there and defeating all of the bosses found on that island.Scuffle Island is the little box (I have circled it on the map above)Once you have managed to get ALL of the OTHER Toad Statues and are ready to move on, head to the location (several images above). This is the last treasure that we need and the last Toad Statue in the Great Sea area too
