The Lorestangir is one of the collectibles that can be found in Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2. There is a total of 18 Lorestangir collectibles to be found altogether. Throughout the game. Getting them all will net you with the Tales of Midgard trophy achievement.
Many of these collectibles require you to scan certain objects and items that will reveal hidden lore stories within the game. So how can we find and collect them all?

Chapter 1 Lorestangir

| 1 | Chapter 1 -Ocean Cliffside | As you embark on your journey in the first chapter, one of the Lorestangir will be practically impossible to miss. Shortly after gaining control of Senua, you’ll find yourself navigating along a cliffside above the crashing waves. Loop around ahead, and on your right, you’ll spot the familiar pillar. Activate it using the focus button to hear Druth’s captivating tale. |
Chapter 2 Locations

| 2 | Chapter 2 – Outer Village | Progressing through the game, you’ll reach the second chapter, where the next Lorestangir awaits in the outer edges of the village. As you walk alongside the captured slaver, keep to your right and you’ll discover the lore stone nestled behind some houses, before reaching the broken bridge that leads to the village’s entrance. |
| 3 | Chapter 2 – Inner Village | Venturing deeper into the village, you’ll encounter the third Lorestangir. After solving the rune puzzle, the sky will darken, and you’ll cross a bridge, eventually making your way through a small house. As you exit, turn left and you’ll spot a small fenced-off area around the other side of the house. Head through the gap in the piled-up branches to uncover the lore stone. |
| 4 | Ritual Site Hillside | Continuing your journey, you’ll reach the ritual area, where a captivating cutscene will focus on a man at the ritual site. From here, make your way alongside the hillside, shimmying across the cliff. After passing a lit torch on your right, you’ll see a ladder and another torch on your left. Climb up the ladder and follow the path down to reach the next Lorestangir. |
| 5 | Village Cliff | As you exit the ritual site with Fargrimer, continue following him for a while. Eventually, he’ll head down a slope on the right. Instead of following him, take a left at the stick embedded within the rocks and follow the path down to find the fifth Lorestangir. |
Chapter 3 Lorestangir Locations

| 6 | Dilapidated Village | In the third chapter, you’ll find yourself in a large open field with destroyed houses and cracks in the ground, accompanied by Fargrimer and Thorgester. Instead of following them, turn left and follow the crack in the ground. Continue along the path, and on your right, you’ll discover the lore stone tucked away in the back corner. |
| 7 | Fargrimer’s Settlement | After the cutscene where Fargrimer has set up camp, he’ll send you to find the Hiddenfolk. Immediately turn around and loop around the back of his settlement. As you walk along the cliff edge, look to your left when you’re next to the house. Here there will be people talking, and you’ll spot the seventh Lorestangir |
| 8 | Post-First Puzzle Side Path | Progressing through the third chapter, you’ll come across a small gap that you need to crouch through. Before going through, look opposite the gap to find a cliff you can climb. Up here, you’ll discover the next Lorestangir. |
| 9 | Post-Second Puzzle Side Path | Just after the previous Lorestangir, you’ll have another puzzle to solve. Once you’ve cracked it, squeeze through the gap ahead and jump down the two small ledges. Continue on past the small pool of water, and then take an immediate left. Here, you can squeeze through another gap to find the ninth lore stone. |
| 10 | Post-Second Puzzle Behind Rock | Returning to the spot where you found the last Lorestangir, this time turn to your right. You’ll spot a small gap in the rock that you can crouch through. Follow this path to uncover the tenth lore stone. |
| 11 | Inside Third Puzzle | The eleventh Lorestangir is arguably the easiest to miss in the game. When tackling the third puzzle to find the Hiddenfolk, you’ll eventually encounter some Draugr. Once they’re defeated, activate the droplet next to the spot where you fought them, as well as the one just to the right. This will allow you to walk up the rocks opposite. Instead of activating the third droplet by the pillar where you place the stones, make your way through the path you just opened, under the rock, and look up towards the left of the raised rock. Here, you’ll find the lore stone positioned upside down. |
Chapter 4 Locations

| 12 | Outer Cave System | As you explore the caves in the fourth chapter, you’ll drop down from two ledges. Directly on your right, when the area opens up, you can find an area tucked behind some rocks with the twelfth Lorestangir. Continue on to the next section of the cave until you drop down once again, then head right to find a ledge to climb up and activate the next lore stone. |
| 13 | Inner Cave System | Delving deeper into the cave system, you’ll solve two puzzles using the flames. This is after you’ve dropped into the water for the first time. When solving the puzzle above that water, you will want to search for a small crawl space. To the right, you’ll spot an empty cavern, except for a small path that you can jump down to, where the thirteenth Lorestangir awaits. |
| 14 | Hiddenfolk’s Cavern | Much later on, after solving the puzzle to gain access to the Hiddenfolk’s cavern, defeating the creatures, and crossing the cavern with Senua, you’ll see some large floating rocks on your left. Just ahead, you’ll need to crouch through a space. Instead of going through, look to your right to find a small path tucked in the cliffside, where the fourteenth lore stone can be found. |
Chapter 5 Collectibles Locations

| 15 | Waterfall Side Path | In the fifth chapter, after the Hiddenfolk grants Senua a vision of peace, you’ll walk across a small stream of water and then up a small hill. Once you reach the top, continue to the right, and then immediately take another right at the waterfall. Follow the flow of water to uncover the fifteenth Lorestangir. |
| 16 | Cliffside | When accompanied by Astridor, you’ll climb over a small rock lying horizontally and enter a large, open field on the cliff. Just ahead, you’ll spot the sixteenth Lorestangir in the distance. We can get to it by looking for a path to your right. Follow it. |
| 17 | Shoreline Rune Puzzle | During the rune puzzle on the shoreline, you’ll need to cross to the second area with the boat in the middle of the beach. Make sure it’s night by activating the droplet, then head through the gap in the cliff behind the boat. At the end of this path, you can find the seventeenth lore stone. |
| 18 | Village Outskirts | The final Lorestangir is located in the village after you witness the vision from the Hiddenfolk. On your way towards Astridor, you’ll see a stick on your right with some chimes hanging from it. Just after that stick, you can head left or right to proceed. Take the left path, and up by the house, you can find the eighteenth and final Lorestangir. |
This concludes the locations to all 18 Lorestangir collectibles in Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2. If you have successfully managed to find them all you should also unlock the Tales of Midgard trophy achievement
