This page will be focusing on providing a detailed walkthrough for the Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One, Police Training optional side casewhich sees Sherlock needing to learn the basics of fighting

I will be trying to cover as much of the side case as possible, from collecting all evidence to unlocking any potential missable trophies and achievements.

  • LOCATION: Cordona Police Station
  • REWARDS: Sherlock’s Suit (No Jacket), John’s Diary updated, 3 Coin, Optional side cases unlocked
  • GUIDE:
  • This side case is connected to the main story and is available after you find the location to Stonewood Manor
  • Here we will be locked in a cell and will need to perform certain tasks before we can leave.
  • Start off by talking to the security guard here in order to begin
  • In the first room we will simply be doing a bit of target practice. Aim using the L2 (Playstation) and then fire with the R2, you can also reload with the X button (Playstation controller)
  • As the game says aiming at targets will initiate slow motion. However, slow motion can only be activated for a limited time.
  • The second room is also quite simple, just crawl under the beam using the Circle button (Playstation controller)
  • The rest of the section should also be rather simple and easy, especially as this is just a basic tutorial.
  • Anyway when you are done go ahead and speak to the security guard once again and we can begin the next part of the training
  • This next part will be a bit more trickier as you will have proper targets to deal with and QTE button prompts too
  • However, each target will have a highlighted weakness.
  • You can also lure the target over to any other highlighted object, such as the valves and lanterns. If they get hit by this, they will become stunned and weak enough for us to perform an arrest.
  • In order to perform an arrest you will need to get close to them and hit the X button (Playstation controller), this will activate a QTE button prompt.
  • Simply move the left analogue stick in the required direction and then follow-up with the correct button prompt.
  • (NOTE: If you happen to injure your target you will then have to restart the section over again)
