One of the many collectibles within The Dark Pictures Anthology: House Of Ashes is the Secrets. These provide players with a brief description of the environment, collectibles themselves, and the story.
There is a total of 50 Secrets to be found and below is a simple guide on how to find them

SECRET #1
- SECRET: Staked Woman
- CHARACTER: Jason
- SECRET NUMBER: 5
- GUIDE:
- When you are playing as Jason and are tasked with fortifying the temple, continue down the stairs.
- There will be a few bodies that you can scan down here, one of which is the staked woman
SECRET #2
- SECRET: Bloodless Corpse
- CHARACTER: Jason
- SECRET NUMBER: 6
- GUIDE:
- This is in the same are as the last collectible. Can be found down the stairs, this time to the right.
SECRET #3
- SECRET: Randolph’s Journal (Part 4)
- CHARACTER: Jason
- SECRET NUMBER: 23
- GUIDE:
- As Jason and Nick make their way down the stairs and further into the catacombs. This one can be found in the room with the damaged structure in the center of the room

- SECRET: Cylinder Seal
- CHARACTER: Jason
- SECRET NUMBER: 31
- GUIDE:
- From the last collectible, head through the doorway. The collectible can be found on the crate to the left.

- GUIDE:
- When you wake up as Rachel in the blood pool. Continue on and keep an eye on the left for this next one.
SECRET #6
- SECRET: Ancient Helmet
- CHARACTER: Rachel
- SECRET NUMBER: 48
- GUIDE:
- Staying in the blood pool, continue on and keep an eye on the right side for this next one.
SECRET #7
- SECRET: Randolph’s Journal (Part 5)
- CHARACTER: Rachel
- SECRET NUMBER: 33
- GUIDE:
- From the last collectible there should be a spiked pillar behind you, the collectible can be found here
SECRET #8
- SECRET: Science Notes
- CHARACTER: Rachel
- SECRET NUMBER: 8
- GUIDE:
- Staying in the blood pool, continue on until you acquire a torch. From there keep going until you reach a large wheel and a green hue, the collectible is next to this.
