One of the many collectibles within The Dark Pictures Anthology: House Of Ashes is the Secret collectibles. These are usually found throughout the game and tell a little bit about the environment and story.
There is a total of 50 Secret collectibles to be found altogether. Getting them all will net you with the Scratching at the Past trophy achievement
