V Rising – Octavian The Militia Captain (V Blood Carrier) Location Guide

Octavian The Militia Captain is another V Blood carrier that becomes available after you have completed the Blood Hunt mission

From there we can then begin searching for Octavian The Militia Captain

Octavian The Militia Captain is a level 58 mission quest that can be collected by interacting with the Blood Altar. The same way as we did to search for the Alpha Wolf

By interacting with the Blood Altar we can then proceed to track and search for our target.

You can find and locate Octavian The Militia Captain in the Bastion of Dunley area.

Octavian is a master of the greatsword, so you might come to expect a more melee fight. In which you would be right. However, Octavian is also able to use the power of his greatsword in order to send out projectile attacks too.

Being the Militia Captain, Octavian is also able to summon his minions to come and help him. This usually includes the Militia Longbow. Who are, as you might expect, ranged minions.

MISSION SUMMARY

An old soldier and a veteran of many battles, Octavian is perhaps the most trusted man in all of Dunley. The militia serves him without question, and he in turn serves them to the best of his ability. Don’t let his age fool you, he’s got plenty of fight left in him.
