Vincent The Frostbringer is another V Blood carrier that becomes available after you have completed the Blood Hunt mission
From there we can then begin searching for Vincent The Frostbringer
Vincent The Frostbringer is a level 40 mission quest that can be collected by interacting with the Blood Altar. The same way as we did to search for the Alpha Wolf
After interacting with the Blood Altar and accepting the mission we will then need to go and find this Vincent The Frostbringer
Vincent The Frostbringer can be found and located at the Militia Encampment.
You will be able to spot Vincent being accompanied by his minions, thankfully he cannot respawn them so prioritise them and get them out of the way first.
As his name suggests Vincent mainly specialises in using frost and ice based elemental attacks. This includes being able to temporarily freeze your character, making them unable to move.
Vincent can also use a combination of ranged and melee attacks using his large shield, alongside his mace.
MISSION SUMMARY
A stalwart champion of law and order in Dunley, it’s his mission to protect the common people with his chilling gifts. Some say his methods have been getting more harsh and violent ever since his siter was banished.
REWARDS: Frost Barrier (Powers), Veil of Frost (Powers), Prison Cell (Structure), Reinforced Plank (Recipe)
