When you play Where Winds Meet, you may see some white markings on the floor, and when you click on them, you’ll see players with messages and photos. These markings are called Signposts. Signposts in Where Winds Meet allow players to communicate with each other. You’ll often spot them near quest checkpoints, puzzle areas, breathtaking places, or in random spots.
Wanna figure out how to make your own Signposts? Here’s how you can place Signposts in Where Winds Meet and where to get them.
How to place Signposts in Where Winds Meet
Players in Where Winds Meet can place Signposts by using the item in their inventory.

First, select the position where you want to place your Signpost and stand there. Go to the inventory, select Signpost, then click on Place. Before successfully placing the Signpost, you can choose what to write in the message section or adjust its appearance. Additionally, you can select or take a photo and attach it to your Signpost. You can also enable Assist Invitation, which allows players to assist others in combat. However, this only works near Hero’s Tombs.

In order to check the interactions in your signposts, go to the spot where it’s placed or, the easiest way, go to Social menu and under Notices, click “My Signpost”. This will show you your existing signposts and all the interactions made by other players.

Where to Get Signposts in Where Winds Meet
Players can craft Signposts using the craft option by combining Timber and Raw Ore. Alternatively, you can buy them from NPCs and merchants.
Can you disable Signposts in Where Winds Meet
Yes! You can disable them in the game settings.
