While Where Winds Meet has a co-op or multiplayer mode that lets players team up, you’ll first need to grind through the game’s Solo Mode. In Solo Mode, the journey involves exploring the open world, completing main and side quests, solving puzzles, and more. You’re rewarded with EXP that helps you level up and progress through the story. However, you’ll eventually stop leveling once you hit the current cap. This happens because your maximum level is tied to your Solo Mode level.

Here’s how to increase the maximum level in Where Winds Meet.

How to Increase Solo Mode Max Level in Where Winds Meet

Players can increase their level by completing tasks such as quests and exploration. However, if your level suddenly stops increasing, don’t worry because it isn’t a bug. You’ve likely reached your maximum level, which also caps your Solo Mode level. To fix this, you’ll need to initiate a breakthrough.

Select game mode by clicking the bar under your username and uid
Pick Solo Mode on the left and Solo Mode level on the right. You’ll see your current Solo Mode Level and includes your max level, and all the breakthrough effects and rewards you’ll get.
At the bottom right, click Breakthrough.
Finish the breakthrough challenge

The breakthrough challenge involves fighting three waves of enemies, with the final wave spawning a boss.

Should you increase your Solo Mode Level?

You definitely should. Increase your Solo Mode Max Level in Where Winds Meet. It allows you to reach higher levels, and progress through the main story of the game.

In addition to these, you will receive an increase in maximum energy and various stats. You will also be rewarded with EXP, coins, weapons, and more.
