White Day: A Labyrinth Named School has multiple different endings that you can unlock. A lot of these endings all depend on what dialogue option you choose during specific scenes.

Unlocking all of the different endings will reward you with the Memory of White Day and complete the Ending Collection.

One of these endings is the Dandelion ending, which is regarded as the good ending for the character Ji-Hyeon.

This page will be focusing on how to unlock it.

Unlocking this specific ending will reward us with the Sincerity trophy achievement

SCENE: SUNG-A AND JI-HYEON ARE IN THE HALLWAY TRYING TO OPEN A DOOR.

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) You scared me, too. (B) Sorry, I didn’t know you guys were here.
GUIDE: When we discover both Sung-A and Ji-Hyeon in the hallway we will then be presented with these options to choose from. Choose the Sorry, I didn’t know you guys were here option

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I’m Hee-Min Lee (B) Homeroom 8? So-Young Han is in the same homeroom as you, right?
GUIDE: Following on from the previous dialogue, we now want the Homeroom 8? So-Young is in the same homeroom as you, right?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) That’s none of your business (B) Uh… I left something here.
GUIDE: The correct choice is – That’s none of your business

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Okay. What am I going to help you with? (B) No. Why should I help you?
GUIDE: When Sung-A asks for our help be sure to tell her No, Why should I help you?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Ok, just what kind of help do you need in here? (B) So you want me to stand here and wait until you are done in there?
GUIDE: When Sung-A takes us to the woman’s bathroom we can then select our next option. So you want me to stand here and wait until you are done in there?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Alright (B) No. You do it.
GUIDE: The correct choice is – No. You do it. As we keep refusing to help her Sung-A will try to plead with us. Keep choosing the No. You do it option. Sung-A will eventually give up ‘Sheesh. You’re really not going to help?’ will be her final response.

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) This school seems dangerous. I think the janitor’s crazy, too. (B) Next time, do it on your own.
GUIDE: After we have completed the errand for Sung-A we can then tell her Next time, do it on your own


SCENE: ESCAPE THE JANITOR WITH JI-HYEON

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Punished? Is that what YOU call punishment? (B) He looks crazy
GUIDE: We will get these next options after we have the Main Building 1 Central Hallway Key. The choice we want is Punished? Is that what YOU call punishment?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) No… I don’t think I do. Sorry. (B) Yeah. You were with So-Young earlier today, right?
GUIDE: Continuing the conversation with Ji-Hyeon, we now want to select the Yeah. You were with So-Young earlier today, right?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I have something to give to So-Young. (B) I’m just running some errands
GUIDE: The correct choice is – I’m just running some errands.

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I’ve got you. (B) Don’t worry about it. I like being alone.
GUIDE: The correct choice is – I’ve got you


SCENE: MEETING SO-YOUNG OUTSIDE OF CLASSROOM 2-8

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I wanted to return your diary.. (B) I wanted to give you some candy…
GUIDE: When meeting So-Young outside of classroom 2-8 we will be given more options. This time the choice we want is I wanted to return your diary

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Yeah… I saw Ji-Hyeon, too. (B) Then what about you? Are you here to meet with Ji-Hyeon?
GUIDE: The correct option this time is Yeah.. I saw Ji-Hyeon, too.


SCENE: MEETING SUNG-A AFTER ACQUIRING WOOD TOKEN

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) So-Young’s gone… (B) A big tree monster kidnapped So-Young!
GUIDE: After encountering the Bloodthirsty Tree we will meet up with Sung-A once again. She will question a noise that she just heard and we will be given more options to choose from. This time we want A big tree monster kidnapped So-Young!

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) It’s none of your business (B) Uh… that is, um..
GUIDE: The following option wants to be It’s none of your business

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Really? Is So-Young really like that? (B) I think you’re being rather rude
GUIDE: Continuing with Sung-A, our next dialogue choice wants to be I think you’re being rather rude

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Go after Sung-A (B) Go to where the sound is coming from
GUIDE: When Sung-A starts hearing something strange she then runs off giving us an option to go after her. Go after Sung-A

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Yeah. I heard it, too. (B) Hear what? What are you talking about?
GUIDE: After running after Sung-A we will then be presented with new options. Pick the Hear what? What are you talking about? option

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) So-Young had a sister? (B) Are you badmouthing So-Young again?
GUIDE: Choose the Are you badmouthing So-Young again? option. Sung-A will deny that she was trying to badmouth and that we simply do not know all the rumours about her.

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Yeah. She’s just making it harder on herself (B) I’m sure she just really wanted to see her, even if it was a ghost.
GUIDE: The correct choice is – I’m sure she just really wanted to see her, even if it was a ghost.

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Not necessarily. So-Young could be in trouble for all we know (B) You have no proof of that
GUIDE: As we continue our conversation with Sung-A we will get yet more options. This time we want to choose the You have no proof of that option


SCENE: MEETING SUNG-A AFTER COLLECTING TAPE

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I’ve been waiting for you (B) What’s your problem?
GUIDE: We will get these specific dialogue options after we have collected the Backmasked Tape. The correct choice is What’s your problem?


SCENE: MEETING JI-HYEON IN THE OLD BUILDING

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Don’t be scared, it’s just me (B) What are you doing here?
GUIDE: When we meet Ji-Hyeon in the old building she will, at first, be terrified of us. This will then lead to more additional options for us to choose from. Go ahead and choose the Don’t be scared, its just me option

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Who is that woman? (B) Ji-Hyeon, are you okay?
GUIDE: Continuing our discussion with Ji-Hyeon, our next choice wants to be Ji-Hyeon, are you okay?


SCENE: THE NEW BUILDING

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Go after So-Young (B) Talk to Sung-A
GUIDE: These dialogue choices present themselves after Sung-A goes off in a mood. This will then allow us to speak with her. Choose the Talk to Sung-A option

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) No, its just a coincidence (B) It’s none of your business
GUIDE: Sung-A is now outraged and feels like So-Young is ignoring her. Lets make things slightly more awkward for her by telling her that It’s none of your business

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Do you believe in ghosts now? (B) I think this school has a lot of ghosts with unfinished business..
GUIDE: The correct choice is – Do you believe in ghosts now?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) She ran away… alone (B) I have no clue.
GUIDE: These options will present themselves when Sung-A asks us if we know where Ji-Hyeon went. The correct choice is – She ran away…. alone.


SCENE: THE NEW BUILDING

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I’m sorry… But you don’t have to get so angry about it (B) Thanks for saving me
GUIDE: After we get saved by Sung-A we will then be presented with our next set of choices. Correct choice – I’m sorry… But you don’t have to get so angry about it

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) What makes you so sure? (B) Why are you so suspicious of So-Young?
GUIDE: The correct choice – Why are you so suspicious of So-Young?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I’m.. not sure (B) No, I believe you
GUIDE: Continuing our conversation with Sung-A. The correct choice – I’m… not sure


SCENE: THE LIBRARY

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Have some faith. I promise I’ll find the way out (B) Don’t say that
GUIDE: These options present themselves when we find Ji-Hyeon terrified in the library. The correct choice – Have some faith. I promise I’ll find the way out


SCENE: MEETING THE MYSTERIOUS TEACHER

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) How long have you been standing there? (B) Wh.. Who are you?
GUIDE: These specific options will occur when we meet the mysterious teacher (night duty teacher). Correct choice – How long have you been standing there?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Why are you telling me this? (B) Then why don’t you leave here with me?
GUIDE: Continuing our conversation with the night duty teacher. The correct choice is – Why are you telling me this?


SCENE: THE MURDER ATTEMPT

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Yeah, I’m fine (B) No, I nearly got killed just now
GUIDE: When Sung-A approaches and asks if we are okay we can then choose between these next set of options. Correct choice – No, I nearly got killed just now

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I don’t know. She was babbling about her dead daughter (B) I think she went crazy after her daughter died.
GUIDE: Correct choice – I think she went crazy after her daughter died


SCENE: THE AUDITORIUM

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) I think it’s all over now (B) Are you okay? Did you get hurt?
GUIDE: We will get these options when we meet Ji-Hyeon in the auditorium. Correct option – Are you okay? Did you get hurt?

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Are you sure you’ll be okay on your own? (B) It’s not safe for you to be alone.
GUIDE: Correct choice – It’s not safe for you to be alone.

DIALOGUE OPTIONS: (A) Tend to Ji-Hyeon’s ankle (B) Go find Sung-A
GUIDE: The final set of dialogue options before we get to that crucial ending comes as we continue speaking with Ji-Hyeon. Correct option – Tend to Ji-Hyeon’s ankle

ENDING

The Dandelion ending sees Hee-Min Lee tending to Ji-Hyeon’s ankle. They then decide to sit next to each other and contemplate life, whilst they bask in green light.
