The Honk Honk Girl is a character that you can find during your exploration around Isezaki Iljincho. She basically helps you by increasing some of your Personality Stats, including Passion as well as restoring any lost health too. However each time you do this you will need to pay her 10,000 Yen.
Okay so we now know a little more about this Honk Honk Girl, now we need to know where exactly we can find her!
LOCATION: Isezaki Iljincho, Bar District
The Honk Honk Girl can be found at the Bar District and in a small alleyway just under the Bar District writing on the map
Simply speak to her in order to pay her the 10,000 Yen for a Personal Stat boost and of course a health refill too, should you need it.
This area is also a good area to collect a few items too, if you look just behind her you should notice a Silver Safe Locker.
This Silver Safe Locker will contain a pair of worn-out leather shoes, which can provide a bit of extra defence.
