YS IX – Monstrum Nox : Calling All Strongmen! (Side Quest) Guide

Calling All Strongmen! is one of the many side quests that you can complete within Ys IX: Monstrum Nox

It involves going to the Coliseum. It can be found and completed during Chapter 6 – The Renegade Secret

LOCATION: Dandelion – Bulletin Board

WALKTHROUGH:
You can pick up this quest at the Dandelion Bulletin Board
From there, head to the Entertainment District and to the Coliseum
Here you will find both Promoter DeSalle and Felix
Turns out they need a participant for an upcoming Strongman Event. However, they are currently having issues finding one. So the team decide to contact Dogi who ends up accepting the challenge (About time he had something to do in the game, in my personal opinion)
Anyway, after a few more scenes the Coliseum will end up getting overrun by enemies, and it is up to the Monstrums to take them all down. Do so in order to complete the quest

It’s that time of year again! That’s right, the annual Strongman Event, hosted exclusively at the Balduq Coliseum

… Unfortunately, one of our participants had to withdraw due a sudden onset of illness. That’s why I’m looking to recruit one lucky new challenger to take up the gauntlet.

*Please note that Balduq Coliseum by-laws prohibit the usage of weaponry of any form during the competition.
