YS IX – Monstrum Nox : Hazardous Harvest (Side Quest) Guide

Hazardous Harvest is one of the many side quests that you can complete within Ys IX: Monstrum Nox

It involves searching for some missing townsfolk. It can be found and completed during Chapter 5 – Raging Bull’s Treasure

PRIORITY: 2/3 (2 Star)
REWARD: 3500 Gold
LOCATION: Dandelion – Bulletin Board
CHAPTER: Chapter 5 – Raging Bull’s Treasure
WALKTHROUGH:
You can unlock this quest at the Dandelion – Bulletin Board
After inspecting the board, you will now need to travel to the Trading Bureau
Whilst at the Bureau head on up to the second floor in order to find and speak to Baldwin
Here you will learn about a caravan gone missing searching for herbs
After speaking to him, head on over to Estatte Road

Head to the Green Exclamation Mark on the map, located towards the North West
You will now be in El Dore
Here you will meet up with two of the Caravan Merchants but apparently one of them is missing, deeper into the cave.
Keep following the rather linear cave and it will eventually take you outside.
It is here where you will encounter the other remaining Merchant
Defeat the enemies surrounding our lost individual in order to complete the quest.

CONTENTS:

A merchant caravan that had been lodging in town left a few days ago, and they haven’t been spotted since.

Last I heard, they went to Mount El Dore to gather some medicinal herbs.
