One In A Bouillon is one of the many side quests that you can complete within Ys IX: Monstrum Nox
It involves trying to recreate a special recipe. It can be found and completed during Chapter 4 – The Dolls Search

- REWARD: Bouillabaisse Recipe
- LOCATION: Central District – Le Bistro Blanc
- CHAPTER: Chapter 4 – The Dolls Search
- WALKTHROUGH:
- Head to the Central District – Le Bistro Blanc in order to find and speak to Rascoff and Chante
- When speaking to them you will learn about a special recipe that the Le Bistro Blanc once had and now want to recreate it, problem is no one remembers what ingredients it included
- So it is up to us to find people who can remember the recipe and the ingredients. We can begin our search by heading to Central District – Pendleton Company
- Here you will want to speak to Carla and you will get a Speciality Broth Recipe
- Now head to the Main Square and speak to Philippe who will be standing on one of the piers
- You will now receive the Speciality Seafood Info
- For our final destination we can now head to the Agricultural District in order to speak to Susie
- We will now get the Speciality Vegetable Info and we should now have them all. Lets report back to Roscoff
- After the next few scenes the side quest will then end
CONTENTS:
- The owner of a bistro in the Central District has consulted Chante about a new menu items
They seem to be having trouble reviving a local speciality the previous owner used to serve
