YS IX – Monstrum Nox : Pickpocket Pursuit (Side Quest) Guide

Pickpocket Pursuit is one of the many side quests that you can complete within Ys IX: Monstrum Nox

It involves trying to track down a thief. It can be found and completed during Chapter 3 – The Feral Hawk

• CLIENT: Market Manager
• DEADLINE: Short
• PRIORITY: 1/3 (1 Star)
• REWARD: 2000 Gold
• LOCATION: Main Square
• CHAPTER: Chapter 3 – The Feral Hawk
• WALKTHROUGH:
• Head to the Main Square market in order to start this one. Here you will find the Market Manager who seems to have a bit of a problem
• Apparently there is a thief going around pinching people’s purses and it is our job to find out who
• Okay let us find this thief shall we? Thankfully we do not need to travel far in order to find him.

• Find the stall with several people huddled around and a scene will occur
• You will now need to chase the thief down, remember to sprint if need be (L1)
• After successfully catching the thief the side quest will then end. You will be rewarded with 2000 Gold for your efforts

CONTENTS:

• A pickpocket has been running rampant at the marketplace.
• It’s been bad news for business…. and the victims too, of course.
• We should probably do something about this
