(FOTNS) Fist of the North Star is perhaps not exactly related to the Yakuza series neither does it feature crime drama or the Yakuza in any way.
Still it is probably classed as a spin-off title still considering it is made by the same team at Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio/SEGA.
Fist of the North Star is based on the manga of the same name that was written by Buronson and released back in 1983.
