A Plague Tale Requiem has many available collectibles that players can find and collect. Collectibles such as souvenirs, feathers, flowers, and secret chests
Getting all of these will net you with the following trophies and achievements; Immortal Memories, Ornithologist, Herbalist, and Explorer
There are a total of 21 souvenirs, 7 feathers, 10 secret chests, and 5 flowers to find altogether throughout your adventures through A Plague Tale Requiem.
This guide will show you the locations to all of the collectibles throughout Chapter 3 – A Burden of Blood.

SUB-CHAPTER: The Gate
OBJECTIVE: Exit The City
GUIDE: When you are tasked with exiting the city make sure to distract the rats, which are surrounding the path and blocking our way. Remember they do not like fire so make use of the nearby ‘unlit’ bonfires. Then head up the nearby stairs. The tool will be up these stairs, inside a container.
COLLECTIBLE: Souvenir (A Grave)
CHAPTER: Chapter 3 – A Burden of Blood
SUB-CHAPTER: The Gate
OBJECTIVE: Exit The City
GUIDE: When you reach an area with several trees and an abandoned cart keep following the path towards a building. Here we will find a fenced off area. We can unlock this area by aiming at the lock on the other side of the gate. In here we will find a small grave.
COLLECTIBLE: Tool
CHAPTER: Chapter 3 – A Burden of Blood
SUB-CHAPTER: At The Edge Of The City
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Herbalist’s Forest
GUIDE: Continue on through the chapter until you are tasked with reaching the herbalist’s forest. Here we will encounter more rats, thankfully there are plenty of bonfires that we can light. Near here there will be a barn and a chest containing the much needed tool.
COLLECTIBLE: Flower (Chamomile)
CHAPTER: Chapter 3 – A Burden of Blood
SUB-CHAPTER: At The Edge Of The City
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Herbalist’s Forest
GUIDE: Continue on until you reach an area where Lucas will think that we are now safe, for now. Amicia will then start talking about carts. Here head towards the tree, the chamomile is actually located in this tree so we will need to use our slingshot in order to get it down.
COLLECTIBLE: Secret Chest
CHAPTER: Chapter 3 – A Burden of Blood
SUB-CHAPTER: The Warehouse
OBJECTIVE: Escape The Fort
GUIDE: We can find this secret chest whilst exploring the warehouse. First make sure to pick up the knife which is just left of the hanging vehicle. Opposite the knife is a wooden case that requires the knife to open it. This wooden case is actually a secret chest.

OBJECTIVE: Escape The Fort
GUIDE: This one is located inside the secret chest. You will be required to open the chest using the knife.
COLLECTIBLE: Souvenir (Our Home)

OBJECTIVE: Escape The Fort
GUIDE: Whilst in the warehouse climb up the ladders and up here you will notice a wooden plank on the other side, use your slingshot to lower it. Then cross over it to collect the souvenir.
