A Plague Tale Requiem – All Collectibles (Chapter 4) Guide

A Plague Tale Requiem has many available collectibles that players can find and collect. Collectibles such as souvenirs, feathers, flowers, and secret chests

Getting all of these will net you with the following trophies and achievements; Immortal Memories, Ornithologist, Herbalist, and Explorer

There are a total of 21 souvenirs, 7 feathers, 10 secret chests, and 5 flowers to find altogether throughout your adventures through A Plague Tale Requiem.

(Note: From here on we can actually start collecting the knifes. However, these knifes are difficulty restricted, meaning you will need to be playing on a specific difficulty in order to find them. We will also need to refrain from using them if you plan on collecting the secret chests)

This guide will show you the locations to all of the collectibles throughout Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty

COLLECTIBLE: Flower (Gentian)
CHAPTER: Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty
SUB-CHAPTER: Night Work
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Order’s Boat
GUIDE: When you reach the pier head right and follow the path until you reach the flower, which is located within the grass.

COLLECTIBLE: Souvenir (Silk Treasure)
CHAPTER: Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty
SUB-CHAPTER: Night Work
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Order’s Boat
GUIDE: Head across the wooden walkway towards some barrels, next to these barrels there will be a gap in the wall. Crawl through the gap and then pull the platform here so that you can reach the ledge above. Amicia will find some abandoned cargo along with the silk treasure.

COLLECTIBLE: Knife (Narrative Difficulty)
CHAPTER: Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty
SUB-CHAPTER: Risky Itinerary
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Order’s Boat
GUIDE: In order to collect this knife we will need to be playing on the Narrative Difficulty. It is also recommended that you do not use the knifes if you plan on collecting the secret chests.

When you reach an area with barrels full of fish and soldiers with helmets Amicia will suggest that we try to sneak around them. The knife is located here, on one of the barricades.

SUB-CHAPTER: Risky Itinerary
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Order’s Boat
GUIDE: When the game gives tips regarding the tar being ignited and that the light keeps the rats away. Go ahead and burn the tar and head around the fire towards a platform that we can move. Move this platform towards the ladder. Climb the ladder to find the chest.

SUB-CHAPTER: Risky Itinerary
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Order’s Boat
GUIDE: This tool can be found inside a secret chest, just up a set of ladders.

COLLECTIBLE: Tool Chest
CHAPTER: Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty
SUB-CHAPTER: The Tar Workshop
OBJECTIVE: Get Back To Lucas
GUIDE: After Lucas manages to save Amecia whilst at the tar workshop continue on and head up the ladders. Head across to the other side and you should notice a large chest.

COLLECTIBLE: Souvenir (A Grain of Sand)
CHAPTER: Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty
SUB-CHAPTER: The Tar Workshop
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Order’s Boat
GUIDE: This souvenir can be found after heading down some stairs and then using your slingshot to remove the wooden barricade. From there head down and cross the bridge. Then inspect the wooden walkway for a scene and our souvenir

COLLECTIBLE: Mercy (Trophy Achievement)
CHAPTER: Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty
SUB-CHAPTER: Obligatory Cooperation
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Order’s Boat
GUIDE: The Mercy (trophy achievement) requires us to NOT to kill the guard at the docks. We can pull this one off after we have helped this soldier but then they will ask for further help as they are stuck. Amicia will agree to help. Use a rock with a sling and aim it at the bridge next to the soldier, this will lower the bridge and allow the soldier to continue on.

From there turn your attention to the rats on the left. Use the Ignifer with a sling and aim at the soldier when he appears. Then switch to the tar with the sling and again aim at the soldier. This will then allow us to run past him and continue on.

The Mercy trophy achievement will pop as soon as you run past the soldier, up the stairs and through the door.

OBJECTIVE: Get To Joseph At The Pontoon
GUIDE: When you reach an area with tree logs and branches, inspect one of the tree stumps to find this.

COLLECTIBLE: Tool Chest
CHAPTER: Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty
SUB-CHAPTER: The Mass Grave Of The Marshes
OBJECTIVE: Get To Joseph At The Pontoon
GUIDE: This tool chest is located inside a building next to the huge fire. Search for a building with stairs.
