Bayonetta 3 – All Bewitchments (Side Chapter 4 – The Doctor Is Out)

Throughout the various mission chapters within Bayonetta 3 you will stumble across several unlockable challenges. These challenges are optional and there are usually 5 of them within each chapter. Unfortunately though it is not clearly evident as to what these challenges are, and what they consist of until you have at least completed the chapter once.

These challenges are known as Bewitchments. They usually feature all kinds of optional requirements. Some of which include having to destroy certain objects, find a way to climb the highest and tallest buildings, eliminate certain foes without the use of specific equipment and abilities. These requirements range in both variety and difficulty.

For the purpose of this guide we will be focusing on the Betwitchment challenges that can be found within the Side Chapter 4 – The Doctor Is Out mission chapter.

BEWITCHMENT: Successfully perform a wheelie jump
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: Whilst riding on the bike simply perform a wheelie jump. (B button). You will have to time it with the incoming ramps. Hence ‘wheelie jump’

BEWITCHMENT: Defeat 10 motorcycle-riding Stratuses by slamming them into barriers
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: This one is a little tricky. What we need to do for this one is get around to the side of the Stratuses and keep bumping into them so that they move and end up colliding with the barriers at the side. Bit of patience required.

BEWITCHMENT: Find And Defeat Acceptance
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: Whilst riding on the bike you will come across a Heavenly Light portal. This portal will trigger Acceptance.

BEWITCHMENT: Defeat 20 Homunculi while transformed into Cutie J
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: First we will need to find the Cutie J item that can transform us. We can find it by defeating the enemies we encounter. It will look similar to a small green bag.

BEWITCHMENT: Finish the chapter without hitting any obstacles
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: As the requirement suggests we need to complete this whole chapter without bumping into any obstacles. This includes ramps, barriers.

If you manage to successfully do this then the achievement will pop once you have defeated the last remaining enemy threat.
