Cyberpunk 2077 – All 22 Tarot Card Graffiti Locations (Fool On The Hill – Side Job / Quest) The Wandering Fool Trophy Achievement Guide
Cyberpunk 2077 has many different and optional side quests or in this case Side Jobs that you can attempt to complete. One of which is Fool On The Hill
Side Jobs are often unlocked through talking to various NPC characters and/or getting random messages.
This specific quest involves searching and finding the locations to all 22 Tarot Card Graffiti. Completing this also rewards you with The Wandering Fool Trophy Achievement. However, you actually only need to find 20 Tarot Cards in order to get the Trophy/Achievement and complete the quest.
When you have successfully found a Tarot Graffiti, simply scan it (L1 – PS4)

- QUEST GIVER: This can be started whenever you find your first Tarot Graffiti
- PREREQUISITE: Complete The Heist mission (Story Related)
#1 – THE FOOL
This one can be found in WATSON – LITTLE CHINA. Head on up the elevator to the door of your apartment, here you will see it on the wall next to your room.
#2 – THE MAGICIAN
Head to WATSON – KABUKI in order to find this one. You can find this one near Lizzie’s Bar and on the pillar of the bridge.
#3 – HIGH PRIESTESS
- LOCATION: Heywood – Visa Del Rey
- This one can be found in the Abandoned Apartment Building, then head to 4F and you should be able to see the graffiti on the wall here
#4 – THE EMPRESS
- LOCATION: Watson – Little China
- Head down the stairs of Club Afterlife, you should see this one to the left of these stairs
#5 – THE EMPEROR
- LOCATION: Watson – Arasaka Waterfront
- This can be found on the wall of KONPEKI PLAZA
#6 – THE HEIROPHANT
- LOCATION: Westbrook – Japantown
- Head through a small tunnel and keep following the path in order to find this one
#7 – THE LOVERS
- LOCATION: Westbrook – North Oak
- Head to Drive-In Theatre and enter the passcode 0000 in order to enter the door. The graffiti can be found on the back of the big screen
#8 – The Chariot
- LOCATION: Watson – Little China
- Head to the small marketplace in Little China to find this one
#9 – STRENGTH
- LOCATION: Santo Domingo – Rancho Coronado
- Head inside the factory in order to find this one on the side of a building
#10 – THE HERMIT
- LOCATION: Pacifica – West Wind Estate
- This one can be found on the building of the Pawn building
#11 – WHEEL OF FORTUNE
- LOCATION: Badlands
- Head to the Sunset Motel in order to find this one
#12 – JUSTICE
- LOCATION: Santo Domingo – Arroyo
- Head to the Electric Corporation building (Hostile area). Use the crates and boxes in order to climb up into the building. Then look up to see this one.
#13 – THE HANGED MAN
- LOCATION: Area North of Watson (Oil Fields)
- Head into the Oil Fields to see this one on one of the canisters
#14 – DEATH
- LOCATION: Heywood – The Glen
- This one can be found on the wall, simply use the waypoint to find it.
#15 – TEMPERANCE
- LOCATION: Westbrook – North Oak
- This one can be found within the memorial building, on one of the walls here
#16 – STORY RELATED

- LOCATION: City Centre – Corpo Plaza
- This one can be found inside the Corpo Plaza and on the wall here
#18 – THE STAR
- LOCATION: Area South of Santo Domingo
- Head into the area with the Satellite dishes and you will find this one on the wall of the building
#19 – THE MOON
- LOCATION: Westbrook – North Oak
- This one can be found on the wall of the Arasaka building
#20 – THE SUN
- LOCATION: Watson – Little China
- Follow the waypoint to find this one on the wall

- LOCATION: Watson – Little China
- Head to the area where both Viktor and Mysty reside and there should be an elevator, use it. Head to the roof.
- It is on the roof where you will find the graffiti on the wall
