Man’s Best Enemy is one of the available Yaran story quests.
It requires you to protect a rooster

- GUIDE:
- In order to trigger this Yaran Story mission, simply head to Vacia Coast – Sierra Perdida and speak with Reinaldo
TALK TO REINALDO
- After the scene go ahead and speak to Reinaldo
- You will now learn that Reinaldo’s prised rooster, Chicharron, has gone off to fight the dog army.
MEET WITH CHICHARRON
- Head slightly north from your current location in order to meet up with the rooster.
OPEN THE DOOR FOR CHICHARRON
- When you arrive Chicharron will try to open the nearby door, well to the best of a rooster’s ability anyway. Regardless though the door is locked
- Thankfully, you can unlock the door by interacting with the mechanism to the left.
PROTECT CHICHARRON
- The door will then open and we will need to help defend Chicharron
- If you end up getting overwhelmed then use the target decoys that spawn, as this will get the dogs attention off the rooster.
- If the number at the top left reaches 0% then it will be Game Over. You will then need to restart the fight all over again.
- The easiest way to deal with the fight is to constantly summon the target decoys whenever they go down, then when the decoy is up aim at the enemy. Then re-summon the target decoy again. It may take a few attempts but it shouldn’t be too difficult if you use this strategy.
VANDALISE THE WATER TOWER
- After the dogs have been dealt with, follow Chicharron around to the water tower, which we now need to vandalise.
- Here use the grapple in order to reach the top
MISSION OBJECTIVE:
Help Chicharron destroy the army’s secret weapon
The regime is breeding vicious attack dogs to use against the guerrillas. Chicharron is not happy with this. You should not be happy with this
