This specific guide is a complete walkthrough of Fatal Frame / Project Zero – Maiden of Black Water. Which in this page will take you through the Final Drop – Bride From Black Water chapter (Part 4 Guide)
We will be aiming for 100%, meaning we will be attempting to collect the various different files and ghosts. Doing so will reward us with the Record Reaper and Second Sight

- PREVIOUS CHAPTER: Final Drop – Bride From Black Water (Part 3)
- CHARACTER: Ren Hojo
YURI, REN, AND MIU GO TO MEET THEIR FATES
- After the scene head through the door on the left (kimono room) and there will be a ghost sighting (Girl in a White Kimono), the ghost will also drop a file (Shiragiku’s Journal 4)
- Then follow the Wedding Celebrant to the Chamber of Vows.
- (NOTE: It will now be time to pick a good or bad ending for Ren, depending on what you want. Each ending will be you picking between either Ose or Shiragiku)
- REN GOOD ENDING 1: When given the option, select the Photo of a Bride (Ose). Then use the touch ability on Ose. Do NOT take a photo of Ose (Love After Death Ending – Ose)
- REN GOOD ENDING 2: When given the option, select the White Hair option. Then when you gain control stand next to the black box to trigger a scene. (Inside the Box Ending – Shiragiku)
- REN BAD ENDING 1: When given the option, select the White Hair option. Then simply fight Shiragiku’s ghost (A Cold Spring Ending – Shiragiku)
- REN BAD ENDING 2: When given the option, select the Photo of a Bride (Ose). Then take a photo of Ose (Box of Loneliness Ending – Ose)
- (Note: By unlocking all of Ren’s endings with Shiragiku you will earn the Floral Reminiscence trophy achievement. You will also get the Love after Life trophy achievement if you manage to get both of the Ose endings)
- We will now be playing as Yuri, follow the ghost sighting and there will be a file to the right (Water-design Journal 9)
- Continue on and we will now be at the Shadowspring
- NOTE: This is where we can pick the ending for Yuri. This will come down to how you fight the next boss, Ose.
- YURI GOOD ENDING: During the fight with Ose Kurosawa, be sure to use the touch ability when the fight takes place above water (Bride of Black Water Ending)
- YURI BAD ENDING: During the fight with Ose Kurosawa, be sure to use the touch ability when the fight takes place under water (Embrace Ending)
- (Note: Getting both of Yuri’s endings will unlock the Black Water Bride trophy achievement)
- Defeat Ose Kurosawa and the game will come to a close
- For completing the game first time you will be rewarded with the following; White Kimono (Yuri), Calico Glasses (Yuri), Miu’s accessories, Butterfly Lens, Nightmare Difficulty, and Secret Episode – Stranger in the Rain
