The Fifth Drop – The Veiled House chapter has a total of 9 files to be found and collected. These can then be viewed by going into the in-game menu and choosing the Records option and then scrolling over to Collection.

- LOCATION: Hojo Residence. Study
- GUIDE:
- After picking up The Veiled House file (story related), which occurs during the start of the chapter. Head to the back of the sofa to find this one.
FILE #2
- FILE: Shrine of Dolls 4
- LOCATION: Shrine of Dolls – 1F. Hallway of Dolls
- GUIDE:
- This one can be found in the Hallway of Dolls, it is where the doll was once stood in the previous chapter.
FILE #3
- FILE: Shrine of Dolls 2
- LOCATION: Lower Storeroom. Northern Passage
- GUIDE:
- You can find this file on the shelf to the right.
FILE #4
- FILE: Folklorist’s Notes 1
- LOCATION: Watarai Residence – 1F. Flooded Room
- GUIDE:
- You can find this file in the Flooded Room, it sits on the shelf.
FILE #5
- FILE: Folklorist’s Notes 3
- LOCATION: Watarai Residence – 2F. Hallway to Staircase
- GUIDE:
- When you head up the stairs, you can find the file on the shelf with the various books

- LOCATION: Watarai Residence – 2F. Archives.
- GUIDE:
- From the last note head through the door. This next file can be found on the book case in the middle of the room.

- LOCATION: Watarai Residence – 2F. Study

- You can find both of these files in the 2F Study. One to the left of the door and the other on the table.
