In this Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn Powder and Steel Walkthrough, we’re covering the sixth Main Quest of the game. In this quest, Nor must reach the Black Powder factory to get what she needs to reach the Kneeling Keep. She comes face to face with the god Rammuha.
Head to the Black Powder Factory
Your first objective is to reach the Black Powder Factory. From Whitebirdge, take the northwest exit and follow the path down the road. When you cross the bridge into the Foglands, you’ll begin seeing enemies. The bridge leads to a narrow canyon. The road dead ends and you have to defeat all three enemies in the area who are trying to prevent you from getting to the manifestation.
Once they’re defeated, approach the stone circle with flowers that’s highlighted in a yellow outline. By collecting the Withering, you unlock Life Surge.
Your objective goes back to “Reach the Black Powder Factory”. A large, horned enemy rushes at you from the gate. Kill him and then go through the gate. Turn right and go up the ramp. Jump down and use the rift on your right to get to the upper path. Follow it, turn right, and jump the gap. Continue along the road and you’ll come across Gimu.
The path eventually leads to a flooded area with Dead. Keep going and avoid the dead and explosive barrels when you reach them. The entrance to a cave is up the hill on your right. Enter it and follow the path. Jump the gap when you reach the top of the hill. The cave eventually leads to a ladder. Keep climbing the path and jumping the gaps until you’re locked in battle with Festered Wound.
Search the Factory
When you finally reach the cave’s exit, you’ll see the Black Powder Factory. You must now breach the factory. The explosive barrel is on one of the hanging platforms on the west side of the area and it can be reached via rifts.
Blow up the rocks and investigate the area beyond. Kill the Dead infesting the area. Continue following the path higher and higher and use skulls to open rifts when necessary. At the top, you’ll find an injured man named Luca in the Black Powder Vault. After speaking to him, you have to fight your way out of the factory.
Find and Defeat Rammuha In Powder and Steel
Once you’ve exited the factory, your new goal is to reach the Kneeling Keep. Head north and take the downhill path. If you pass through the hamlet Gavel Gate then you’ll be met by a handful of enemies and you’ll have to defeat the leader, Galen the Noble.
Follow the path into the City of Writ. Go to the large double doors in the middle of the city. Go inside and locate Rammuha. Head up the stairs and use the skull to open the rifts, which will take you outside and around the building. Enter through the double doors that are at the top of the next path. This leads to the Hall of Judges and Rammuha is at the end. Once defeated, return to Baz to end the quest.
